Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Silk experience. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

All tags must be attached.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at onlinesales@mostafawi.ae.
Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide:

A return shipping label

Detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We quality-check every pair, but if you notice any of the following, please reach out immediately upon receiving your order:

Defective or damaged items

Incorrect product delivered
Email us at onlinesales@mostafawi.ae, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Custom or personalised items

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards
-
Items that pose health or safety risks (hazardous materials, flammable liquids, etc.)

Exchanges
Prefer something different? The quickest way is to return your original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for your preferred product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at onlinesales@mostafawi.ae for assistance.
